Meeting Schedule
The commission meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM CT.  Special meetings are scheduled as needed.
If you wish to appear before the Commissioners please contact the Auditor's Office at 745-3292 by noon of the Friday preceding the meeting.
 
 

 

 

 

 

MERCER COUNTY WEED BOARD, MEETING TIMES

The Mercer County Weed Board (MCWB) schedules a regular monthly meeting on the Second Thursday of each month.

Meeting time is 7:00 P.M. during the winter months (Central Standard Time), or 7:30 P.M. during the summer months (Central Daylight Time).

Location is the Beulah Civic Center.
