The public lease auction will be held at Mercer County Courthouse, Commissioner's Room on 3/22/2024 11:00 AM CT in Stanton, ND. Other than the descriptions of the lands to be auctioned, the information contained in this advertisement may be revised prior to the auction upon further review by the North Dakota Department of Trust Lands. Any such revisions will be announced at the auction and will be binding upon the bidders. Bidding will begin at minimum rent. 1st year's rent must be paid in full immediately after the sale. Commission Meeting Schedule

The commission meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM CT.  Special meetings are scheduled as needed.

Mercer County Weed Board Meeting Schedule

The Mercer County Weed Board (MCWB) schedules a regular monthly meeting on the Second Thursday of each month.

Meeting time is 7:00 P.M. during the winter months (Central Standard Time), or 7:30 P.M. during the summer months (Central Daylight Time).

Location is the Beulah Civic Center.

All business conducted at these meetings will deal with pertinent matters of the time of the year, including but not limited to financial, herbicide or equipment purchase and maintenance, employees, and all other germane topics of need.
