IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MERCER COUNTY TAXPAYERS
A public hearing to consider increasing the 2015 Mercer County property tax levy by 5.00% will be held at the Mercer County Courthouse, 1021 Arthur Street, Stanton North Dakota on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 6:00 PM CT. Citizens will have an opportunity to present oral or written comments regarding the property tax levy. Written comments should be addressed to:

The estimate of increase is for informational purposes only and may be revised when final valuation information is received. Levy increase may differ for taxes not levied countywide.
NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE FORFEITED TO MERCER COUNTY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the following real estate has been forfeited to the County of Mercer, State of North Dakota, for delinquent taxes; that Mercer County has taken tax deed to such property and will offer it for sale at public auction at the Office of the County Auditor in Mercer County on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, beginning at 10:00 am CST.
According to NDCC 57-28-19, some cities have the first option to purchase property; therefore, some parcels may not be listed at sale time.
Each parcel of real estate will be offered separately and sold to the highest bidder thereof, but not for a sum less than the minimum sale price. The purchases will be required to pay cash for all parcels of real estate. This sale will continue from day to day until completed.
REAL PROPERTY, FIXTURES, AND STRUCTURES ARE WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION.
As a material part of the consideration for this Agreement, Seller and Purchaser agree that Purchaser is taking the property “AS IS” with any and all latent and patent defects, and that there is no warranty by Seller that the Property is fit for a particular purpose. Purchaser acknowledges that it is not relying upon any representation, statement or other assertion with respect to the Property conditions, but is relying upon its examination of the property. Purchaser takes the property under the express understanding there are no expressed or implied warranties. The Purchaser hereby assumes all the risk associated with the Property.

MERCER COUNTY WEED BOARD, MEETING TIMES
The Mercer County Weed Board (MCWB) schedules a regular monthly meeting on the First Monday of each month.
Meeting time is 7:00 P.M. during the winter months (Central Standard Time), or 7:30 P.M. during the summer months (Central Daylight Time).
Location is the Beulah Civic Center.
