This public hearing is being held for the purpose of considering an application from Jeff Hafner for approval of an application to rezone a parcel of land from Agricultural District to Commercial District. The proposed application is to construct a 60X144 storage unit building. The subject parcel is located approximately 13 miles North of Beulah. It consists of 5 acres and is described as Outlot A, located w/in the SE4SE4 of Section 9 T146N R87W of the 5th Principle Meridian, Mercer County ND.
